China, especially Guangxi, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are located in the southeast of Asian, have similar climate and face similar infectious disease challenges, such as malaria, dengue fever and etc. Each country has made remarkable achievements in the prevention and control of certain infectious diseases. In order to provide an opportunity for representatives from above countries to share their ideas and experiences, get to know the most updated research findings, strengthen the collaboration among the countries and make effective regional response on infectious disease epidemic, China is going to hold the 1st China-ASEAN Health Collaboration Forum in Nanning, Guangxi, in October 2016.
